My daily live online classes offer a new and exciting approach to learning Tai Chi with an advanced instructor, from the comfort of your own home. Often set in beautiful outdoor locations,  I developed my online sessions from 15 years of experience offering 1000's of classes in public or corporate sectors and have seen miracles happen in the physical and mental health of my many students. Practice makes perfect, which is why I offer 7 Live classes a week to my members, so join my members area and schedule a class today.

Yoga and Tai Chi are for everyone. However, when online, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen.
